Bulgogi Beef Bowl

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the minced garlic, grated ginger, Bibigo KBBQ Marinade and sesame oil. Add the thinly sliced beef to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large nonstick pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium high heat until the pan is hot. Working in batches to not overcrowd the pan, cook the beef on each side for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until the beef is cooked through.
  3. Assemble the bowls: Heat the bibigo Sticky White Rice according to package directions. Top with the cooked bulgogi beef, sliced cucumber, julienned carrot, and bibigo Napa Cabbage Kimchi. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and diced green onion, then serve immediately.
