Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • ½ tsp chili paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 16-18 cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 16-18 bibigo™ Mini Wontons (Choose your favorite bibigo Mini Wonton flavor)

  1. Stir together softened cream cheese with garlic, ginger, chili paste, and soy sauce until combined. Set aside.
  2. Pan-fry bibigo™ Chicken & Cilantro Mini Wontons according to package directions.
  3. Prepare the bites by spreading approximately ½ to 1 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber round, sprinkle with cilantro, and top with a bibigo™ Chicken & Cilantro Mini Wonton. Serve immediately.
