Cucumber Wonton Bites
4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
½ tsp chili paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
16-18 cucumber slices
¼ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
16-18 bibigo™ Chicken & Cilantro Mini Wontons
- Stir together softened cream cheese with garlic, ginger, chili paste, and soy sauce until combined. Set aside.
- Pan-fry bibigo™ Chicken & Cilantro Mini Wontons according to package directions.
- Prepare the bites by spreading approximately ½ to 1 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber round, sprinkle with cilantro, and top with a bibigo™ Chicken & Cilantro Mini Wonton. Serve immediately.
