Korean-Style Hot Dogs
Ingredients
Hot Dog Buns
Various toppings such as:
- Kimchee
- Cheddar Cheese
- Thinly Sliced Perilla Leaves
- Cabbage Slaw (see below for recipe)
CABBAGE SLAW:
- 1/4 head Red cabbage, thinly julienned
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- bibigo™ Kimchi
- 2 tablespoons bibigo™ Gochujang Hot & Sweet Sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons juice from kimchee
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil
- Toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
- Combine all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and mix thoroughly. Top with toasted sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper as needed.
