Korean-Style Dumpling Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or pork, fresh
- ½ cup bibigo™ BBQ Sauce Original
- ½ cup bibigo™ Gochujang Hot & Sweet Sauce
- 12 sheets Twin Marquis® Wonton Wrapper, thawed
- 1 cup bibigo™ Kimchi Napa Cabbage
- 1-2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded, fresh
- Preheat oven 350°F.
- Sauté ground beef in a skillet until cooked through. Mix in bibigo™ BBQ Sauce Original.
- Spray 4-6 ramekins with oil. Layer each ramekin with 2-3 Tbsp BBQ beef mixture, ½ tsp gochujang, 1 wonton wrapper sheet, 2 Tbsp kimchi, and 1-2 Tbsp mozzarella cheese; repeat the layering process two more times.
- Place ramekins on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the oven, let rest 1-2 minutes, and serve.
