Korean-Style Dumpling Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven 350°F. ​
  2. Sauté ground beef in a skillet until cooked through. Mix in bibigo™ BBQ Sauce Original. ​
  3. Spray 4-6 ramekins with oil. Layer each ramekin with 2-3 Tbsp BBQ beef mixture, ½ tsp gochujang, 1 wonton wrapper sheet, 2 Tbsp kimchi, and 1-2 Tbsp mozzarella cheese; repeat the layering process two more times. ​
  4. Place ramekins on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the oven, let rest 1-2 minutes, and serve.
