Stacked Mini Wonton Bites
¼ cup fresh or bottled lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp honey
½ tsp fine sea salt
½ tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Stacked Mini Wontons
20 Bibigo Mini Chicken and Cilantro Wontons
2-3 tangerines*, segmented
2 avocados*, diced approx. ½ inch
* Can be stacked with any vegetables or fruits
For the Dipping Sauce:
- Whisk together the lime juice, garlic, honey, salt, red pepper flakes, and cilantro until combined. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until combined. Set aside.
For the Stacked Mini Wontons:
- Pan-fry the mini wontons according to package directions.
- Stack a piece of diced avocado, tangerine segment, and mini wonton on top of each other and hold together by placing a toothpick through the center of the stack. Serve with the cilantro lime dipping sauce.
