Whole Smoked Spicy Cauliflower

  1. Place smoking wood chips in a bowl of water and let soak for an hour.
  2. Trim leaves from cauliflower and set aside. Mix oil, BBQ sauce, lemon juice and rub all over cauliflower.
  3. Preheat BBQ with charcoal and once heated, place a tray of water filled with soaked chips underneath cooking grate. Place cauliflower directly over tray of water/smoking chips and cover. Add more chips when smoke disappears. Keep smoking until cauliflower is tender, about 1 hour.
  4. To serve, garnish with scallions, perilla leaf, and sesame seeds.
