Whole Smoked Spicy Cauliflower
1 head of cauliflower
1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
2 tbsp bibigo™ BBQ Sauce Hot and Spicy
Half a lemon, juiced
2 scallions, finely chopped
1 tbsp, perilla leaf, finely chopped
Toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
Handful of smoking wood chips
- Place smoking wood chips in a bowl of water and let soak for an hour.
- Trim leaves from cauliflower and set aside. Mix oil, BBQ sauce, lemon juice and rub all over cauliflower.
- Preheat BBQ with charcoal and once heated, place a tray of water filled with soaked chips underneath cooking grate. Place cauliflower directly over tray of water/smoking chips and cover. Add more chips when smoke disappears. Keep smoking until cauliflower is tender, about 1 hour.
- To serve, garnish with scallions, perilla leaf, and sesame seeds.
