  1. Heat bibigo™ Cooked Sticky White Rice in a microwave for 90 seconds and transfer to a bowl. Add all the ingredients except the dates and pine nuts. Mix well and microwave another 1 minute.

  2. Transfer to a medium sized square or rectangle mold. Gently press down the rice and decorate with the dates and pine nuts. Let cool for 5 minutes.

  3. Once cooled, flip the pan over onto a cutting board and cut into desired shapes to serve.
