2 pack bibigo™ Cooked Sticky White Rice
6 pieces chestnuts, peeled and cut into quarters
6 pieces dried dates, cut into small pieces
2 tsp pine nuts
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
⅓ cup light brown sugar
½ tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp raisins
- Heat bibigo™ Cooked Sticky White Rice in a microwave for 90 seconds and transfer to a bowl. Add all the ingredients except the dates and pine nuts. Mix well and microwave another 1 minute.
- Transfer to a medium sized square or rectangle mold. Gently press down the rice and decorate with the dates and pine nuts. Let cool for 5 minutes.
- Once cooled, flip the pan over onto a cutting board and cut into desired shapes to serve.
