Preparation

Pan Fry:

  1. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil into a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Place frozen potstickers, flat side up, heating the rounded side first.
  3. Flip and lightly press the dumplings and heat until golden brown, approximately 4-5 minutes. Note: Do not heat the potstickers on low heat for a long time or the vegetables will turn dark and lose their flavor. CAUTION DURING HEATING: Potstickers should be heated thoroughly before eating. Be extra careful of splattering oil when frying the potstickers.
  4. Carefully watch the potstickers while heating to make sure that appliances do not overheat or water does not overflow.

Take out only the number of potstickers you would like to heat, then return the bag to the freezer.

Please keep the potstickers frozen to prevent spoiling. No need to defrost before heating.
