Air-Fried Mandu with Creamy Go-Chu-Jang Mustard

Ingredients

2 tbsp Bibigo Hot & Sweet Go-Chu-Jang Sauce
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 clove garlic, minced
6-8 Bibigo Pork & Vegetable Mandu
Oil spray (optional)

  1. Whisk together Bibigo Hot & Sweet Go-Chu-Jang Sauce, Dijon mustard, sour cream, soy sauce, honey, and garlic until combined. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.

  2. Add Bibigo Pork & Vegetable Mandu to the air fryer basket in an even layer, ensuring they have enough space between each piece to cook evenly; do not overcrowd the basket. Optional: for a slightly more crisp result, spray the Mandu with an oil spray until lightly coated.

  3. Cook the Mandu at 350°F (not preheated) for 10-12 minutes, shaking and/or flipping the Mandu every 3-4 minutes to ensure they fry evenly. Note: This recipe was tested in a 4 QT air fryer. Exact cooking times may vary depending on the device.

  4. Remove when golden brown, and let sit for 2-4 minutes to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with the creamy Go-Chu-Jang mustard.
