Ingredients

Hot Dogs

Hot Dog Buns

Various toppings such as:

Bibigo Go-Chu-Jang Sauce, Mayo

Kimchee

Cheddar Cheese

Thinly Sliced Perilla Leaves

Cabbage Slaw (see below for recipe)

 

CABBAGE SLAW:

1/4 head Red cabbage, thinly julienned

4 scallions, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons Bibigo Go-Chu-Jang Sauce, Hot & Sweet

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons juice from kimchee

2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil

Toasted sesame seeds, to garnish

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and mix thoroughly. Top with toasted sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper as needed.
