Braised Baby Potatoes

Ingredients

1½ lb yellow baby potatoes
2 tbsp neutral oil
½ cup Bibigo Korean BBQ Sauce & Marinade Original
3 tbsp soy sauce
Microgreens or sprouts, for garnish
Sliced scallions, for garnish

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes, tossing frequently, until the exteriors are blistered and slightly crisp.

  2. Reduce heat to low-medium, and stir in Bibigo Korean BBQ Sauce & Marinade Original and soy sauce until combined. Cover and cook for 15-20 additional minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.

  3. Remove from heat and plate. Garnish with microgreens and serve.
