Chive Pancakes

Ingredients

1 cup Bibigo Pancake Mix
1 1/3 cup cold water
1 cup chives, chopped
5 perilla/sesame leaves, chopped
1/3 cup red onion, chopped
Neutral oil for frying

  1. Combine pancake mix and water, mix well until smooth. Store in fridge for 15min. Meanwhile chop the veggies.

  2. Into the batter, add the veggies and mix well.

  3. Heat a nonstick skillet and add oil, about 3-4 Tbsp at a time. Add small ladleful of batter onto the skillet. Lower to med heat as needed.

  4. Cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

  5. Yields about 14 pancakes.
