Go-Chu-Jang Glazed Korean Fried Mandu with Curly Scallions

Ingredients

8 Bibigo Pork & Vegetable Mandu
1 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
⅓ cup shaved scallions
4 tbsp Bibigo Hot & Sweet Go-Chu-Jang Sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp water
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ tsp sesame oil

  1. In a small bowl, mix together Bibigo Hot & Sweet Go-Chu-Jang Sauce, honey, water, garlic, and sesame oil. Set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry each side of Bibigo Pork & Vegetable Mandu until golden brown, about 3 minutes.

  3. Remove Mandu from heat and place into a large mixing bowl. Pour the prepared glaze over the Mandu to coat. Mix lightly and thoroughly.

  4. To serve, sprinkle with sesame seeds and top with scallions.
