Korean BBQ Steak Bahn Mi


1 lb thinly sliced rib eye

1/3 cup Bibigo Korean BBQ Sauce-original

1 baguette, evenly sliced into 4 and halved length-wise

2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 carrot, julienned

1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)

handful cilantro

handful  mint

4 tablespoons Bibigo Gochujang Mayo Sauce, or more to taste

Toasted sesame seeds to garnish

  1. Marinate rib eye with Bibigo Korean BBQ sauce for at least an hour, preferably overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Heat a skillet medium high heat and cook marinated beef until cooked through, about 5-8 minutes.
  3. Evenly divide cooked meat, cucumbers, carrots, jalapeños (if using), cilantro, and mint between each baguette.
  4. Top with Bibigo Gochujang Mayo Sauce.
  5. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
