with Spicy Mayo


Spicy Mayo Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
Salt to taste


Loaded Mandu
1 (24 oz) pack Bibigo Beef & Vegetable Mandu
⅓ cup kimchi, roughly chopped
½ cup shredded carrots
1 avocado, diced
2 scallions, white and green parts thinly sliced
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

  1. In a small bowl, stir to combine the mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, and a pinch of salt to taste.
  2. Pan-fry Beef & Vegetable Mandu according to package directions.
  3. Plate Mandu and top with kimchi, shredded carrots, avocado, scallions, and cilantro. Drizzle the spicy mayo on top of the loaded dumplings, or serve it on the side for dipping, as desired.
