Ingredients

6 pc Bibigo Pork & Vegetable Frozen Mandu
½ medium onion, sliced
¼ cup scallions, chopped
1 large egg
2/3 cup Korean Pancake Mix
½ cup cold water
¼ cup neutral oil (for frying)

  1. Take frozen Mandu, lay them flat on a plate and microwave for about 1min 15sec. or until soft enough to chop, turning halfway.

  2. Chop Mandu into small bitesize and set aside.

  3. Into a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients, mix well. Add Mandu last and mix gently.

  4. Heat a non stick skillet on medium high. Add oil and drop batter unto pan, flattening as it cooks and rounding the edges. Cook 2-3 min per side or until golden brown.

  5. Enjoy hot and pair with favorite soy dipping sauce, Bibigo GOTCHU Korean Hot Sauce or Bibigo Gochujang.
