Add vegetable oil to a medium sized fry pan and turn on heat to medium high. Add in your Bibigo Beef Dumplings, flat side down in a flower shape, meeting in the center of the pan. Let this crisp up slightly for about 1-2 minutes. Reduce heat to low.
Mix together water and cornstarch. Add to pan and quickly cover with a lid. Let this cook for about 2 minutes and then take off the lid.
Continue cooking until cornstarch mixture hardens and becomes transparent, about 4-5 minutes.
Flip onto a plate and serve topped with green onion and your favorite dipping sauce.
