Spicy Peanut Sauce with Potstickers

For the Spicy Peanut Sauce:



  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients. Add ¼ cup of hot water, adding more as needed, until sauce is creamy and desired consistency is reached.



For the Potstickers:



  1. Pour a generous amount of vegetable oil into a nonstick pan over medium heat. Place about 7 bibigo™ Organic Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers in the pan leaving enough space between them. Cook according to package directions.



To Serve:



  1. Plate potstickers with a bowl of the spicy peanut sauce for dipping in the center. Sprinkle with scallions, peanuts, and crushed red pepper flakes to garnish.
