Stacked Mini Wonton Bites

For the Dipping Sauce:



  1. Whisk together the lime juice, garlic, honey, salt, red pepper flakes, and cilantro until combined. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until combined. Set aside.



For the Stacked Mini Wontons:



  1. Pan-fry the mini wontons according to package directions.


  2. Stack a piece of diced avocado, tangerine segment, and mini wonton on top of each other and hold together by placing a toothpick through the center of the stack. Serve with the cilantro lime dipping sauce.
