Summer Mini Wonton Salad



1 tbsp white Miso

1 tsp ginger

1 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tsp toasted sesame seed oil

2 tsp extra virgin olive oil


6 Bibigo Chicken & Vegetable Mini Wontons, cooked

8 oz soba noodles, cooked

1 bunch of Watercress

1 carrot, julienned

2 radishes, finely sliced

1/2 cup edamame, shelled and blanched

1 scallion, thinly sliced

  1. Make dressing by combining ingredients and whisking together until fully combined.
  2. Assemble salad by dividing noodles between 2 bowls and toss with watercress. Add remaining ingredients and top with Bibigo Chicken & Vegetable Mini Wontons. Top with dressing.
