Sweet and Spicy Go-Chu-Jang Glazed Mini Wontons

Ingredients

2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp Bibigo Hot & Sweet Go-Chu-Jang Sauce
4 tbsp ketchup
¼ cup honey
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
34-38 Bibigo Chicken & Cilantro Mini Wontons
¼ cup peanuts, chopped
1-2 scallions, sliced (optional)

  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together Bibigo Hot & Sweet Go-Chu-Jang Sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.

  2. Heat over medium-high heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. Pan-fry Bibigo Chicken & Cilantro Mini Wontons according to package directions.

  4. Add cooked wontons to a large bowl with sauce and toss to coat.

  5. Garnish with chopped peanuts and scallions, if using, and serve immediately.
