Where can I find your products?

Enter your zip code and select the item(s) you're looking for in our product locator to pull up all the stores near your area. Please make sure to call the store before you go to make sure they have the item in stock.

Your product locator is telling me there are no stores around me that carry the item that I'm looking for. What should I do?

Unfortunately, our distribution varies widely for each of our products. If you can't find a store near you that carries the item that you're looking for, please ask your store manager to stock the item.

Are there any known allergens in your products or at your facilities?

The safety of our customers is our top priority. US major food allergens are properly labeled on our products. If you have any concerns regarding allergens, please contact us at comments@info.bibigousa.com or through our Facebook page @BibigoUSA.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to deliver within 2 days of departure from our facility! However, each order is different based on destination and products ordered. You’ll receive your tracking info via email as soon as your order is out for shipment.

How do I report an issue with my order?

If you have questions or comments, send us a note with our easy form or chat with us Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Central time)!

How to I handle the dry ice inside the shipping box?

DO NOT HANDLE DRY ICE WITH BARE HANDS OR ALLOW CONTACT WITH SKIN. Dry ice is extremely cold and can cause severe burns and frostbite.

How can I dispose of the dry ice?

Allow dry ice to evaporate and turn into gas in a well-ventilated area that is not accessible to children or pets. Dry ice must be disposed of in a well-ventilated area. DO NOT pour water on the dry ice.

What precautions should I take when handling dry ice?

Dry ice can be dangerous, especially if exposed to your skin. Wear insulated gloves when handling dry ice. It’s important to be very cautious around children. Simply keep dry ice out of their reach. Never eat or swallow dry ice and avoid inhaling the carbon dioxide gas.
