Braised Baby Potatoes
1½ lb yellow baby potatoes
2 tbsp neutral oil
½ cup bibigo™ Original BBQ Sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
Microgreens or sprouts, for garnish
Sliced scallions, for garnish
- Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes, tossing frequently, until the exteriors are blistered and slightly crisp.
- Reduce heat to low-medium and stir in bibigo™ Original BBQ Sauce and soy sauce until combined. Cover and cook for 15-20 additional minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from heat and plate. Garnish with microgreens and serve.
