Bulgogi Fried Rice
1 lb thinly sliced steak
½ cup bibigo™ BBQ Sauce Original
2 cup cooked white rice
2 tbsp oil
3 clove garlic, minced
½ large onion, diced
¼ cup scallions, shaved
- In a large bowl, marinate the steak with bibigo™ BBQ Sauce Original for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add marinated beef and cook for 30 seconds. Flip and cook the other side until the beef is nicely browned on the surface. Transfer to plate. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
- Reduce heat to medium heat and add remaining tbsp of oil. Add onion and cook until tender, then add garlic and cook until fragrant. Turn heat to low heat and add rice and mix together. Add the beef back into the pan and combine with rice. Cook for another 1 minute. Taste to season with extra salt, if necessary.
- Divide fried rice equally in two bowls and top with shaved scallions to serve.
