Korean BBQ Beer Ribs

  1. Mix ½ bibigo™ Korean BBQ Marinade & Sauce Original, ½ the beer, and crushed red pepper.
  2. Season ribs with salt and pepper, place in a large container, add marinade, cover, and refrigerate 24–48 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to 350°F. Remove ribs from marinade and discard marinade. Grill ribs 5 minutes per side, then continue grilling 30 minutes, flipping and basting periodically with bibigo™ Original BBQ Sauce.
  4. Place ribs on a sheet of foil, add the remaining beer, and brush with additional sauce. Close and seal foil and return to grill. Increase heat to 375°F and cook 30 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to 250°F, unwrap ribs, baste with additional sauce, and cook 30 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 175°F. Remove, rest, slice, and serve.
SERVING SUGGESTION:

Serve with bibigo™ Cooked Sticky White Rice and Korean Style Corn.
