Korean BBQ Sliders
Ingredients
SLIDER INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb ground beef chuck, fresh
- ¼ cup
- bibigo™ Korean BBQ Marinade & Sauce Original
- 1-2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 8 slices Roma tomatoes
- 8 slider buns, toasted
GREEN ONION SLAW:
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp gochugaru or crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- Combine round beef and bibigo™ Korean BBQ Marinade & Sauce Original in a bowl, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Place green onions, sesame oil, gochugaru, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss well and set aside.
- Preheat a cast iron griddle or heavy skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Lightly coat with vegetable oil.
- Divide the marinated beef into 8 equal portions and place on the griddle. Smash each portion with a spatula to form thin patties and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cook 1-2 minutes, flip, and continue cooking until patties reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Assemble sliders on toasted buns with tomato slices and green onion slaw. Serve immediately.
SAUCE IT UP:
Add a Gochujang Mayo Dipping Sauce Mix equal parts bibigo™ Gochujang Hot & Sweet Sauce and mayonnaise.
