Korean BBQ Sliders

  1. Combine round beef and bibigo™ Korean BBQ Marinade & Sauce Original in a bowl, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Place green onions, sesame oil, gochugaru, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss well and set aside.
  3. Preheat a cast iron griddle or heavy skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Lightly coat with vegetable oil.
  4. Divide the marinated beef into 8 equal portions and place on the griddle. Smash each portion with a spatula to form thin patties and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook 1-2 minutes, flip, and continue cooking until patties reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Assemble sliders on toasted buns with tomato slices and green onion slaw. Serve immediately.
SAUCE IT UP:

Add a Gochujang Mayo Dipping Sauce Mix equal parts bibigo™ Gochujang Hot & Sweet Sauce and mayonnaise.
