Korean BBQ Sliders
1 lb ground beef chuck (20%) fat
1/4 cup bibigo™ BBQ Sauce Original
8 slices of Roma tomatoes
8 slider buns, toasted
Green onion slaw (see below), for serving
GREEN ONION SLAW:
1 bunch of green onions, very thinly sliced
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil
1 teaspoon gochugaru
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
- Combine ground beef with bibigo™ BBQ Sauce Original and let marinate for at least 2 hours in fridge. Meanwhile combine all ingredients for green onion slaw and set aside. Heat cast iron griddle or heavy skillet over medium high heat, until hot. Drizzle vegetable oil over griddle, divide marinated beef into 8 equal parts.
- Smash ground beef portions with spatula onto griddle or skillet, season with salt and pepper. Flip after 1-2 minutes. Assemble sliders on slider rolls with tomatoes, green onion slaw and/or anything else you desire. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
