Loaded Mandu with Spicy Mayo
Spicy Mayo Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
Salt to taste
1 (24 oz) pack bibigo™ Beef & Vegetable Mandu
⅓ cup kimchi, roughly chopped
½ cup shredded carrots
1 avocado, diced
2 scallions, white and green parts thinly sliced
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- In a small bowl, stir to combine the mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, and a pinch of salt to taste.
- Pan-fry bibigo™ Beef & Vegetable Mandu according to package directions.
- Plate Mandu and top with kimchi, shredded carrots, avocado, scallions, and cilantro. Drizzle the spicy mayo on top of the loaded dumplings, or serve it on the side for dipping, as desired.
