Loaded Mandu with Spicy Mayo

  1. In a small bowl, stir to combine the mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, and a pinch of salt to taste.
  2. Pan-fry bibigo™ Beef & Vegetable Mandu according to package directions.
  3. Plate Mandu and top with kimchi, shredded carrots, avocado, scallions, and cilantro. Drizzle the spicy mayo on top of the loaded dumplings, or serve it on the side for dipping, as desired.
