Summer Mini Wonton Salad
Ingredients
DRESSING:
1 tbsp white Miso
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp toasted sesame seed oil
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
SALAD:
6 bibigo™ Mini Wontons Chicken & Vegetable, cooked
8 oz soba noodles, cooked
1 bunch of Watercress
1 carrot, julienned
2 radishes, finely sliced
1/2 cup edamame, shelled and blanched
1 scallion, thinly sliced
- Make dressing by combining ingredients and whisking together until fully combined.
- Cook bibigo™ Mini Wontons Chicken & Vegetable per package
- Assemble salad by dividing noodles between 2 bowls and toss with watercress. Add remaining ingredients and top with bibigo™ Chicken & Vegetable Mini Wontons. Top with dressing.
